What will be your role?
As Test Automation Engineer you will be responsible for defining and setting up the Test Automation. You will be responsible for setting it up from scratch and implement it as a way of working within company. You have this experience and understand how to support and coach developers in using Test Automation. You will work together in a department with about 45 developers, working in a Scrum/ Agile environment.

What will you do with us? You will ….
Be responsible for the set up, improvement and maintenance of the test automation framework.
You will participate in daily stand ups and will define deliverables together with your colleagues;
Coach the team in a risk-based testing approach and test automation.
Identify business risks.
Monitor and provide guidance and direction on testing level; ranging from unit test coverage to end-to-end feature testing.
Facilitate and mentor in order to implement continuous delivery.
Work in a DevOps environment.
Experience with one of the leading test automation tools and frameworks.
Experience with testing products with the Java technology stack.
Experience with coaching Agile software teams with regards to test automation.
Knowledge of software best practices like test-driven development, behavioural driven development, and continuous integration.

The ideal candidate has a background in Developing and feels he/she wants to go full on testing.

What do we work with?
Our developers work with Java 8, Spring framework (Boot, MVC, Data, Security), JPA +, Hibernate, Liquibase, REST, MySQL, MongoDB, Azure Cloud, Docker, Elasticsearch +, Logstash + Kibana, AngularJS and RabbitMQ.
Our Development and CI pipelines includes working with IntelliJ, Git, Jenkins and Sonarqube.
Furthermore we use Atlassian tooling, like Jira, Confluence and Crucible.
