Senior SuccessFactors EC Consultant.
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP HR/Successfactor Consultant with EC experience.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3-4 weeks
Location: United Arab Emirates
One of our client is currently looking for a Success Factor/HR Consultant with Employee Central implementation experience to be onsite for 4 weeks.
Key experience:
- Having a senior EC implementation expert onsite to review Accenture`s implementation and advise partner team on the right configurations.
- An executive review of the configuration will also help in the relationship with Adnoc. We just started the very first project and there are several subsidiaries of Adnoc who are potential users of our SF solution.
Required Skills:
* Hands on deliver experience in below:
o Employee Central Core (PP3, MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, workflows, business rules, payscale structures,
organizational structures, etc)
o Global Benefits (Eligibilities, child benefits, allowances, etc)
o Time Off (absences and attendances)
o Platform (Home page, Employee Profile, etc)
o Integration experience with SAP On-Prem is a plus (API knowledge, integration add-on, UI Mashups, etc)
o High Level HCP knowledge is a plus
The resource is required onsite in Abu Dhabi for appx 3-4 weeks on a customer that is being implemented by a partner.
The customer has already gone live with Employee Central in Jan 2017 and requires an EC expert to support with some open issues (for example, Sick Leave, Loans, Education and Child Benefits, etc), in alignment with the EC RIG team.
