Senior Scientific Software Developer - Netherlands - 12 Months - €500 - €600 Euros Per Day (Negotiable) - IT
Montash have been engaged by a leading client in the Netherlands who are looking to engage a Senior Scientific Software Developer who has strong experience in software engineering.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years' experience in Software Development, an Agile and domain knowledge and a background in Mathematics or Physics.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years' experience in Software Development.
- A strong Agile and domain knowledge and expertise.
- Thorough knowledge of software architecture, object-orientated design and unit testing.
- Experience in technical or scientific software engineering.
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as C#, Visual Studio, C++ and source code control system such as TFS and Git.
- Experience with current development practices such as SOLID, TDD, BDD, CI, etc.
- Education - you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Scientific Engineering or natural sciences/engineering, with significant experience in Software Development.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English), and good stakeholder engagement skills.
