Description
SAP WFM/Clicksoftware Consultant - 12 Months Contract - Brussels
* You will be involved in analysis of the new version of Clicksoftware that will be implemented in 2017.
* Must have good knowledge of a WFM tool (SAP) and Clicksoftware is a "plus"
* Analysis and documentation of functional solutions/automated processes to develop applications and maintain them through an excellent understanding of business needs.
* Analyse and design automated processes within business processes.
* Be responsible for writing functional specifications.
* Translate designs into test scenarios, test conditions, and test data for acceptance and performance testing.
* Ensure the proper translation of business needs to developers
* Coordinate the writing of the application instructions with the User Support for the Process Owner.
* Perform acceptance and performance tests together with the Business.
* Investigate and diagnose incidents and problems.
* Document comprehensive and clear analyses during development or maintenance activities.
