Description
Our client is looking to onboard experienced PHP developers to join their team on a contract basis in Dublin, Ireland.
This will be an initial 6 month contract.
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Working on mostly Back End alongside a web/Front End developer. The clients mobile apps also make calls to the same Back End therefore the developers will be working on calls from both the web site and mobile apps
- The developers will work on their existing platform both on improving current code base and implementing new features.
- Other items to note, BitBucket & Jira/Agile for code and team management is used
- AWS is used for our infrastructure.
Technical skills:
- 5+ years' experience with PHP 5.7 & Symfony 2.7 and database experience.
- Must be Object Oriented and comfortable working on Back End and Front End (CSS/sass/HTML/twig).
- PHP: 5.7 or greater
- SQL: 4 years
- Doctrine
- Symfony: 2.7 or greater
- All live Servers are run in AWS using UBUNTU operating system.
- Other tech used include: Twig templating, REST, JSON, HTML, CSS, MySQL & MongoDB.
