A global bank is looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to join their expanding team. You will be able to build on your technological skills by working on aspects of the business such as credit cards retention and you will have to be able to understand/analyse customer behaviour.

The Role

. The Customer Insight Analyst will be working with the visual merchandising of the website to aid with customer engagement.

. You will be working to understand the decision-making process of customers engaging with the website, and improving the customer acquisition and retention rates.

. Your role will allow you to engage with external partners to aid them in understanding their own customer engagement data.

Other tasks:

Building a data based tool which can be used to provide insights into Portfolio performance and help make business decisions.

Analysis of customer base and identifying behaviours of credit card customers

Review of the performance of the Back Book across key criteria.

Analysis of fees and pricing

Experience

. You must have experience with SAS or SQL

. The Customer Insight Analyst must be commercially aware

. You must have the ability to write your own code

. A knowledge of Python is not essential but desirable
