Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Account Management team and build Cloud based solutions
- Working on technical engagement and implementation process of projects
- Implementation architectures, responding to RFPs, developing a deep expertise in the cloud technologies
- Being a subject matter expert on security as it relates to customer applications and services
- As Solutions Architect on our team, you will provide exceptional technical design and thought leadership to the markets for cloud computing working with a sales and business development team
- Field technical customer questions via phone, conference calls, online meetings, and email
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the cloud solution team
Qualifications:
- Have a complete Computer Science and Data Center technical background
- Working with enterprise cloud data centers (VMware, Openstack or Cloudstack)
- Experience in cloud system (VMware, Openstack or Cloudstack) installation and configuration
- Experience in IT infrastructure (Server, Storage, Network, Security)
- Working in systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), or programming (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, Python, and/or PHP)
- Fluent English and French
