- 3D modeling and EM simulation of microelectronic packages and printed circuit boards
- Generation, analysis, and verification of electrical models (SPICE/S-parameter)
- Development and verification of simulation and characterization methods
Your qualifications
- Experience with ANSYS Electromagnetics tools (HFSS, Q3D, Maxwell, SIwave)
- Matlab Knowledge
