Summary
Our client is a market leader in developing next generation vehicle technologies for powertrain, hybrid, stability controls, and other related systems. They are currently looking for a Software Developer to support the design and functionality of the software for their customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, validate and test powertrain ECU test software
- Analyze the requirement, write specifications and develop/debug the C and assembly codes
- Write and execute software validation test plans
- Unit and integration testing on HIL bench
- Exercise version control by checking in and out of a source code repository
Qualifications
- BS in EE/CE or related field with 2+ years of experience in software development, validation and test procedures in automotive sector
- Excellent in Programming Languages (ieassembly, C etc.)
- Knowledge of automotive component and vehicle test procedures
- Hands on experience in electronic control systems and EMI/EMC testing
- Experience with Freescale, Infineon, and/or Renesas 32-bit micro controllers is MUST
- Knowledge of debugging and emulation tools and communication interfaces
- Experience with Real Time OS kernels will be good to have

Travel: Minimal
Salary Range: $40-60/hr W2 (more for corp-to-corp)
