Graduate GIS Technician (ArcGIS)
Brief Overview
My client, based in Dorset, is looking for a Graduate GIS Technician to commence work with them in March.
You must have excellent ESRI ArcGIS skills and be able to:
- Carry out analysis on a wide range of datasets.
- Accurately and efficiently capture data from both online and paper maps.
- Create presentation quality maps.
- Be familiar with Ordnance Survey mapping and other national agencies.
The individual(s) must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and excellent presentation and written skills are essential.
The position is initially for 6 months and depending on the success could be extended.
