Req Description:
SQL Developer will be a part of an Automation development team responsible for developing enterprise solutions at Citi focusing on Telephony Services platforms, creating efficiencies and task reduction value for internal and external clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and testing automation processes and tools used for provisioning and managing Citi's voice communication services globally.
Candidate should have enterprise-level development experience with C#/VS.NET, SQL Server. Candidate will interact with internal clients and stakeholders and must have good communication and collaboration skills.
Problem solving and project management abilities
Communicate complex issues in both oral and written form in terms clearly understood by technical and non-technical audiences
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Perform multiple duties in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision or direction
SQL experience with expert-level skills in the SQL language
SQL database design, support and maintenance
Applies skills and knowledge of the tools to develop creative solutions to meet client and business needs
Req Qualifications:
Proven ability to translate user requirements into direct system solutions
Prior delivery experience within Finance or Banking domain preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple project deliveries across global teams
Strong understanding of telephony services with emphasis on the Avaya, Cisco, NICE, CDR platforms
Excellent PL/SQL/.NET skills
Understanding of HTML/JavaScript
Excellent in Performance tuning and stored procedure optimization
Good SDLC experience/knowledge
Responsible for applications systems analysis and programming activities (strong SQL, database programming, data modelling and any ETL tool)
Requirement understanding and technical design
Work proactively and independently to address project requirements and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks
Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery
Involvement in Software Development Lifecycle
Test case reviews and ensure code developed meets the requirements
Coding/unit testing/debugging
