Web Developer/DevOps Engineer (JavaScript/C#)
Exciting opportunity to work with an Atlanta global technology leader as a DevOps Engineer.
In this DevOps position, you will be a key player in bringing highly critical applications to the cloud and championing build, deployment, release and continuous integration initiatives. You will be working cross-collaboratively with development, infrastructure and operations teams and should have excellent communication skills. Additionally you will be instrumental getting applications operating in the cloud for 10+ various development teams spread across the organization. About 50% of the time you will be doing development with C# and AngularJS, 40% of your time will be build tools and automation and 10% of the time you might need to do Scripting with PowerShell. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS or Azure), infrastructure (Windows environment) and be able to do hands-on development.
Excellent exposure to hundreds of applications and new technologies such as Microsoft OMS, MS Team Foundation Server, Docker and more. This is a 9 month contract with the potential to convert to a direct hire position with a leading enterprise organization in Atlanta, GA. REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years development experience (any language)
- 3+ years of web development experience
- Hands-on development experience with C# and JavaScript
- 1+ years experience working in a DevOps environment

- Scripting experience (preferably PowerShell)
