CRM Consultant With Java/Javascript - Swedish Speaker
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a CRM Consultant With Java/Javascript for a project in Malmö, Sweden.

Scope of Work
CRM team will be working on:
- Continuous maintenance of the Omni application ie patching, tuning, upgrade, life cycle planning.
- Continuous maintenance of the CRM B2B application ie patching, tuning, upgrade, life cycle planning.
- Decommission of old CRM B2B system.
- Act as an expert and work together with the application manager and product owner in Life cycle Management.
- Support of Omni application ie troubleshooting, incident handling, bug fixing, managing user questions, root cause analysis.
- Support of CRM B2B application ie troubleshooting, incident handling, bug fixing, managing user questions, root cause analysis.
- Participate in maintenance groups and support groups together with internal and external partners.
- Participate in user groups and maintenance forums in different business units.
- Participate in development and architect communities.
- Act as expert in the CRM area both in the Business units and in the IT community.
- Keep up to date with the latest in MS Dynamics CRM. Monitor new versions and releases and have excellent knowledge about Microsoft's development plans for the platform.
- Act as subject matter expert in all areas regarding MS Dynamics CRM ie configuration, programming standards, deployment, user authorization, UI experience, cloud hosting, environment sizing etc.
- Requirement analysis together with end users, business analysts and solution architects.
- Create estimations and cost calculations for changes, development and maintenance activities, for enhancements.
- Design of architecture landscape for both CRM B2B and Omni
- Design and development of new functionality within change programs and projects in the Omni application.
- Design and development of enhanced functionality in the existing application Omni.
- Design and development of new functionality within change programs and projects in the CRM B2B application.
- Design and development of enhanced functionality in the new application CRM B2B.
- Development of functionality with .net/C#/, Java, JavaScript.
- Development of integration interfaces in Azure and MS Dynamics CRM 2015 and MS Dynamics CRM 2016.
- Application configuration.
- Deployment of functionality and fixes in the application landscape.
- Support the outsourcing partners in installation and deployment issues.
- Sprint/release planning.
- MS Dynamics CRM knowledge.
- Onsite support Monday to Friday
- Provide statistics regarding incidents and enhancements.
- Manage tickets in Jira and Support Now.
- Escalate incidents when needed.
- All core team members must work from Malmö.

Additional competence requirements
Soft skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Required fluent English and Swedish (spoken and written).
- Experience of CRM systems, preferred MS Dynamics.
- Eager to learn and share new technologies.
- Being able to prioritize team goal above individual tasks.
- Understanding for business goals.
