Description
Requirement for a skilled ServiceNow Developer, with extensive knowledge of HR technical and business service solutions. To consult and work with the HR business teams to develop solutions and automated models for HR Learning & Development practices within the ServiceNow platform.
. Requirements gathering, configuration, integration, importing data, testing and solution design
. Working with HR and Business Users to identify and refine business requirements and workflows
. Creating reports and dashboards within the ServiceNow platform
Ensure appropriate use of programmes such as XHTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, AJAX. Manage source code releases. Use appropriate tools to manage/track tasks. Investigate and fix software faults and bugs as assigned. Assist in providing development time scales and estimates. Assist in providing technical feedback on business requirements.
Experience/skills required -
. Good experience of ServiceNow development, configuration and administration experience in an enterprise environment
. Experience or background in HR and/or ServiceNow HR automation
. Prior web development/interface integration experience using HTML5, Javascript, CSS3, JQuery, AJAX, Jelly Scripting
. Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting (Business/Client Server etc.) and ACL rules and user criteria
. Experience of building ServiceNow based systems and processes
. Experience with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, Reports, Workflow and Integrations, Reporting and Dashboards
. Strong focus and experience with root cause analysis and providing the best functional designs in ServiceNow
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with and train internal and external customers at all levels
. Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features including the HR Module and new functionality contained in the latest and upcoming releases
. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment on own and as part of a team
Any of the following would also be advantageous:
. ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Advanced Systems Admin Certification
. ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
. ServiceNow Certified Scripting in ServiceNow
. ITIL Certification
. Knowledge of importing data into ServiceNow
This role is to start ASAP and will pay £425 per day (Ltd/Umbrella)
