- SQL Performance tuning via trace files.
- This includes being able to change performance without modification to the SQL.
- Identifying potential algorithm inefficiency to help the development team.
- Indexing based on need.
- Oracle instance performance analysis
- PL/SQL knowledge and use for potential Scripting fixes.
- Knowledge of the basic oracle storage structures.
- ESRI Versioning experience
- Spatial indexing is desired.
