Description
We are looking for an experienced Functional Application Manager for an exciting, long term project at our Client. You will be working in a team of highly experienced professionals in a state-of-the-art environment.
Work location: Amersfoort, The Netherlands.
Starting ASAP. 38 hours per week.
Excellent daily rate.
Manages the functionality of the current collection system TIM. The current collection system is programmed in: RPG and CA Plex (Cool Plex).
Develops, manages and proposes improvements to the current collection system in such a way that:
- The functionality of the system is judged and meets with demands and requested functionalities of the business
- The system is monitored in accordance with guidelines and SLA's
- User wishes/requests for changes regarding the application are collected and the applicability is investigated through impact analyses
- Change requests are formulated including a translation from business demands to functional/technical designs
Initiates and realizes adjustments to the applications, in such a way that:
- Action is taken as a project leader for (small) releases and agreements with external suppliers/system developers in order that proper agreements are made and kept
- The testing (testplan, planning testteam and testscripts) is coordinated and reports upon identified testresults, including potential solutions
Answers questions and registers questions/problems/complaints about the system. Advises about solutions and draws up specifications regarding processing data, test- and conversion procedures.
Requirements- Knowledge of functional application management
- Knowledge of testing procedures
- Speaking and writing fluent in English. Dutch skills are not necessary but they are an advantage.
- Working remote should be possible.
- Knowledge of the programming languages RPG and CA Plex are an advantage, but not strictly necessary.
