Must haves:
AngularJS
NPM
JavaScript build-runners as Gulp or Webpack
ES2015 Javascript features
Javascript transpilers (ie Babel)
Browser compatibility and use of polyfills
Several useful npm libraries
Componentization and extraction of re-usable UI components
CSS pre-processor frameworks (SASS)
Responsive design, mobile first, touch devices
Flexbox and grid frameworks
JavaScript testing frameworks (Mocha, Jasmine or Chai)
Knowledge about (not required):
Linux command line experience
Jenkins CI
Jira
BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin)
