The Role: Working as part of a dynamic and energetic global team, you’ll be making outbound telephone calls in order to qualify potential leads and book appointments for our client’s and/or our own sales teams.
Appointment Types:
• Face 2 face meetings
• Teleconferences
• Attendee generation for events
• Appointment setting at events
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, pursue and secure well qualified appointments
• Network effectively around our client’s target industries
• Accurately update and work with excel spreadsheets
• Building references and replacements where required
Your Competencies:
• Fantastic verbal skills, especially on the phone
• Excellent written communication skills
• Completely at ease when calling cold and warm contacts
• Persistent, influential and charming
• Happy to communicate at all levels of an organisation
• Have an eye for detail and a passion for quality and excellence

Your Experience:
• 3+ years’ experience in outbound B2B telesales/lead generation
• Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce is desirable
• Ability to work on Microsoft Excel
We are looking for a proven and lengthy track record in telesales with a natural drive to meet and exceed targets.
This role is a 100% home office based contract role.
