ServiceNow DeveloperThe successful candidate will be a hands-on ServiceNow Developer with implementation experience across both CMDB and Asset.
Experience Required:
Experience with ServiceNow, ServiceNow Discovery tools, ITIL & general ITSM
Thorough knowledge of the Configuration and Asset Management processes
Knowledge of relevant SLA and contracts related to the management, quality and reporting of information related to the CMDB and Asset Management (including SAM)
Knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management (including SAM) audits
Ability to resolve L3 issues where customisations require coding amendment. (Java, JavaScript, HTML or Jelly)
Ability to configure enhancements and customizations requiring coding changes (Java, JavaScript, HTML or Jelly)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
