For our customer we are looking for a IT Operation Automisation Analyst - Mapping of current initiatives
eWork is direct supplier to our customer - there are no extra middlelayer. This means that we have good contact with procurement and in many cases, know the stakeholder and his needs.
Map, analyze and assess current, planned and potential automation initiatives of processes in Nordea operation. The purpose of the mapping is to create a common overview and understanding of initiatives and their potential in terms of impact and realizability.
This is a part of a Project named IT Operation Automisation, and the outconme is a pre-study for how to implement automation of tasks within IT operation.
