Fixed Income, Front Office, Development Manager, Project Manager,

A Fixed Income Development Manager with Front Office, C#, Oracle and Python experience is required for a tier one bank based in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities and deliverables:

The role requires interaction with the Front Office, Product control, Market Risk, Quants and technology teams in order to manage the following:

  • Run the daily scrum meeting with all developers/testers
  • Interact with the PM and BA in order to produce a functional spec
  • Work with the FIIT and FIIT Risk architect in order to devise the f2b appropriate architecture
  • Interact with developers from each functional team in order to build the
  • System, esp the XAsset Risk department.
  • Understand and maintain the resource allocation for each phase and track accordingly
  • Work with the different dev teams and track progress toward the targeted goal
  • Be a single point of contact for all Development tasks undertaken for CEM- CTD project.
  • Drive adoption of continuous improvement and DevOps methodology for CEM - CTD.

Essential Experience for the job:

  • Proven experience in interacting with Front Office, Finance, Market Risk Relationship managers, Development Managers and Senior Management
  • Understanding of the use of Risk for Trading, Hedging, Collateral Exposure Management (nice to have)
  • Good understanding of the processes involved in PV and Risk generation for Fixed Income products
  • Understanding of the 'Greeks' and calculation of Risk metrics for Fixed Income
  • Experience of the implementation of CSA Aware Valuations, and XVA Calculations.

The role is paying a very competitive market daily rate.
