Our fortune 500 client in Cleveland, Ohio is hiring a senior Front End developer with Back End C# skills. As a Senior Application C# Developer, you'll work with a highly collaborative team of creative individuals, crafting new and engaging websites as well as developing Back End interfaces. The ideal candidate will have Front End/UX developer skills and experience with Back End C# skills. We need a candidate proficient in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML, JQuery, JavaScript and C#. In this role, you'll be working on a key business project that will require application development and coding changes to our business portal FAO.com.

Required:
HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript
C#/.NET
Advanced proficiency understanding of clean coding structures and responsive design.
UI development experience and knowledge of best practices
4+ years experience with large/corporate web sites designed for multiple user groups and experience applying user experience methodologies.
Codes pages with best practices, web conventions and standards. Stays current on web trends and technologies.
Collaborates with business and IT to negotiate solutions for maximum efficiency. Regularly interacts with peers in cross-functional areas. Has a strong understanding of business objectives and technical limitations to develop a desirable user experience.
Able to efficiently prioritize multiple projects while keeping close attention to all details.
Maintains open communication with the project team, proactively escalates issues/concerns and works to address them.
Works closely with IT and business through the implementation phase and performs user acceptance testing to ensure high quality.
Investigates and identifies user needs through: web analytic data, competitor and web industry research and advanced user research techniques.
Plusses:
Bachelor's degree in IT related field with emphasis on Web Design, Graphic Design or related field of study (Visual Communications).
