Job Description:
The candidate should have professional experience of 9-11 years in IT/Telecoms domain and at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
Additionally, she/he
Must have experience in Monolith AssureNow implementation and integration.
Should have experience in System Integration using technologies like Linux, Perl, MySQL, SOAP, XML, JSON, Apache, REST, SNMP, CORBA etc.
Should be able to provide and implement service assurance solutions in fault management, performance management, and service level management
Should have good understanding of mobile services like voice, data, video (IPTV).
Should have experience in providing Manager of Manager solutions, cross domain correlations, develop KQIs.
Should be able to technically lead the implementation team, review the outcome, ensure customer satisfaction
Should be able to model service quality and customer experience with network health
Should have strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and be good at stakeholder management.
