Proteus Europe is searching for a Programme Manager speaking Dutch, available for a short term contract in the Netherlands

Your New role :-
Project background
As per December 1st 2017, Flash component and Java Applets will not be supported anymore within the company.
142 E-learning courses (using Flash component/Java Applets) have been identified.
These courses are currently distributed via a Learning Management System (Training Compass) and the Intranet.
Communication protocol used is SCORM 1.2 and AICC
As per July 1st all courses will be transferred and distributed via a new LMS/learning portal SAP Success Factors in its current format (Flash).
In order to guarantee availability of all E-learning courses per September 1st 2017, all E-learning courses need to be republished/rebuild to HTML5 format.
The technical upgrade will be performed by the supplier(s) of the original E-learning course.
All upgraded courses need to be tested in Sap Success Factors.
Role responsibility:
- Supplier management (offers, supplier communications)
- Stakeholder management (Inform all stakeholders on progress)
- File management - version management
- Quality control
- Coordinate test cycles/participate in test cycles
- Provide technical support during test cycles
- Approval of technical upgrade
Essential Skills :-
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (administration Back End)
- Experience in testing E-learning courses in learning Managements Systems
- Firm understanding of SCORM and AICC compliance standards
- Experienced in analysing SCORM and/or AICC log files
- You have a firm understanding of SCORM and AICC compliance standards
- Experience in using the Microsoft IE developer tools (F12) for troubleshooting purposes
- Working knowledge of network sniffers tools (eg Fiddler) for troubleshooting purposes
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, etc.
- Basic understanding of mime types and its usage
- Experience in writing technical documents (reports) for E-learning suppliers
- Good understanding of the various E-learning authoring tools and or E-learning development technologies, as well as their capabilities and limitations
- Previous experience as an E-learning developer is a plus
