The Role

The Successful Kalido consultant will work on some high profile projects for on a Back Office Transformation programme.

The Candidate

  • Experience of Kalido DIW 8.4
    Kalido BIM, Kalido UID Oracle 10g Business Intelligence/Dimensional Data Warehouse

  • Development and Support EDW Bus Architecture/Best Practices Kalido Release Management/Deployment of Kalido instances

  • Detailed knowledge of Kalido data stores and usage (ie Adaptive Data Core, mapping and attribute tables, custom CBEs, custom TDS, Data Marts)

  • Detailed knowledge of the internal workings of the Kalido DIW engine (ie Slowly Changing Dimension manager, surrogate key pipeline, custom CBE handling etc..) Iterative and Waterfall delivery methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels (Business, Project Managers, ETL Developers, DW Developers, BI Developers, Business and Systems Analysts, DBAs, etc )

  • Strong technical solution design skills Excellent documentation skills - formal documentation and processes to support Data Warehouse architecture, solution definition and design decisions Desirable Business Objects XI R2 Netezza Informatica PowerCenter 8.5.1 ETL Architecture knowledge Data Warehouse Testing Strategy Provide Kalido Training
