An exciting, long-term opportunity is available at Airbus Defence and Space in Luxembourg for a SAP Application Support Specialist. Airbus Defence and Space is responsible for defence and aerospace products and services.
Working under our contract with Airbus Defence and Space you will join our team helping to ensure that the company's business practices conform to applicable laws, regulations and ethical business principles, and develop a culture of integrity.
Tasks will mainly include:
- Application support on environments including Oracle databases, Windows Servers applications, SAP interfaces;
- Application support including developing and maintaining custom applications in a B2B/EDI environment.
We are searching for the candidate with the following profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting and monitoring medium/large projects integrating SAP ERP modules and functionalities with third party applications by using EDI standards, iDOC interfaces, web services and RFC calls;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment with at least one major EDI standard such as ASD S20000M, ATA 2000, ANSI X12, EDIFACT or similar;
- Proven experience with Oracle Databases, including PL/SQL code maintenance and debugging;
- Experience with developing and maintaining .NET Servers and web applications written in C#;
- Excellent English and working knowledge of French;
- Current NATO Secret clearance or national equivalent.
The position is offered as a freelance contract, initially until the end of 2018, with a high probability of further extensions.
