Description
6-month Contract Dublin City Centre
Working as part of an Agile team, developing new technology as part of an Innovation Lab for a large Fintech organisation. This contract has an immediate start, on a 6-month Project.
General responsibilities:
- Improving the group's skills, knowledge and practices.
- Developing and deploying large, business critical solutions.
- Supporting existing functionality and expanding upon new features
- Creating bespoke solutions, working with a wide variety of new technologies.
- Automated testing, working in an Agile environment
Experience required:
- V8 JavaScript with Angular JS
- Java SE experience with Java 8 being desirable but not essential
- A good understanding of OOP concepts
- Exposure to REST concepts
- Framework experience with either Spring Boot or Dropwizard
- TDD experience
- Previous experience of working within a Feature team.
- Experience within a continuous delivery environment with experience of CI tools such as Teamcity.
- Experience of Pair programming
