My client is looking for two Software Developers to join their International HQ located in the heart of Dublin's Silicon Docks. In this role you will be working on existing and new features for their site using the Node.js and ASP.NET MVC technologies.
Their team is passionate about developing high performance web applications, and takes pride in always delivering to the highest quality. My client work with diverse and remote teams in an Agile development environment, following 2 week sprint cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working in an Agile environment as part of a multi-disciplinary team across a broad range of development roles
- Work in Node.js ASP.NET MVC as well as JavaScript frameworks like Angular.js or React.js
- Test-driven development including unit tests and automation tests, performance optimisation of web applications
- Configuration and monitoring of continuous delivery pipeline
- Managing the operations of software applications running as clusters of VMs or containers
- Managing code versions with Git
Qualifications
- Previous experience in ASP.NET MVC, C# and Node.js
- Front End development in HTML/CSS and Angular or React
- Experience in using Docker/Kubernetes and any cloud platform will be an advantage
- Experience with product internationalisation and localisation a bonus, ideally toward the German market
- Attention to detail and a love of delivering high quality work
- Self-motivated and willing to push your own abilities
- Interested in learning new technologies and development practices
- Great communication skills, ideally with experience working with remote teams and across different time zones
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
- Eligible to work in Ireland and able to travel for the occasional trip to the United States
- German language skills would be a bonus
