Simulation Engineer - Aerospace - Bedfordshire - Contract 12 Months
This is an urgent requirement for a Simulation Engineer to join a global aerospace company based in Bedfordshire. The successful candidate must be an experienced and self-motivated individual to participate in a number of programmes in WSSE (Weapon Systems Simulation & Experimentation).
Essential Qualifications:
- Broad understanding of software and simulation development in one or more of the following:
- Java, C++, C#, VBS, VR Forces, DIS/HLA.
- Must be able to obtain (SC) Security Clearance
- Experience with aircraft performance analysis
Desirable skills:
- Good communication and team working skills
- Practical knowledge of Catia, Delma V5, SolidWorks, AutoCad, and associated PLM systems
- Military/Defence background
Offer:
Contract: 6-12 months
Rate 30 £/hour
