Role OverviewWe are looking for someone with solid Front-end and JavaScript skills. The ideal candidate will be competent with HTML / CSS and willing and able to learn new concepts, processes and frameworks quickly. Both with our clients and internally we are working with modern JavaScript frameworks - so experience within these would be great.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build clean reusable code
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Proactive, take the initiative and work well independently
- Passionate about new technologies, not afraid to experiment
Required skills
- Strong understanding of web tech, HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript
- Ability to build pixel-perfect HTML + CSS from design images
- Good understanding CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS and/or LESS
- Good understanding of Responsive Design, Grid systems and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap etc.)
- Angular 2/4 development experience
- Knowledge of code versioning tools, Git & SVN
Good to have
- A demonstrable portfolio of built products
- Experience with build tools such as Gulp, Grunt or Webpack
- Experience with Photoshop or similar
- Experience managing stakeholders
- Familiarity with REST APIs
- Familiarity with client-service architectures
Qualification Required: Degree or Student (IT related).
