Responsibilities:
- Competence Center Leader is a key person driving profitable innovation and valuable data assets
- Leads a global development center and works on large number of projects for car manufacturers
- Responsible for planning, coordination and control of development processes
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed, making sure that data models are on time and are of good quality
- Direct management of all the teams involved in the development process, more than 150 people
- Understand customer’s needs, business objectives and technology and transform it into advanced value added data
- Review and control the data development for NA with the corresponding data factory
- Supports and contributes in bringing in new technologies and capabilities within data development processes and tools
Qualifications:
- 8 + years of professional experience in automotive industry, telematics or with excellent automotive industry relations
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership position, with strong experience managing big teams - a proven leader of over 150 staff with people management capabilities
- Process oriented leader, with vast experience in development process monitoring and making sure the project is done on time
- Quality oriented, with rich project management experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
