We have been engaged by a large well-established retail financial services organisation in Dubai to evaluate & advise on the end-to-end processes for their current & future customer Credit Card services & related commercial and customer offerings.
We are looking for a highly experienced Consultant who has a detailed understanding of the Credit Card market, the Customer journey, process & workflow optimisation & can design and deliver the future state model and the effective automation of this.
Role Responsibility
You will have had significant experience gained in the Credit Card market and be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering Consultancy/Advisory solutions focused on optimizing the onboarding of new customers (from websites, mobile applications, and in-person ), improving the process flows and delivering value added services to these retail customers.
You will need to be able to evaluate & capture current state process flows, including customer journeys and have a clear understanding of how to design future state processes to enhance related commercial opportunities and deliver value added processes that are customer centric.
The Ideal Candidate
You will need to demonstrate significant experience in analysing these elements using LEAN techniques to deliver the fast take-on of new retail customers, efficient processing of all their customer -service contacts (eg lost cards, billing enquiries, dispute handling, new card request, unblocking cards, new pin generation) and understanding of the marketing data required to add value to the long-term relationship.
You will have ideally worked in the region or a primary financial center, within a Credit Card organization or as a specialist Consultant within a retail financial services organization or at an independent Consultancy organisation that focuses specifically on the Credit Card and payments services. You will also need to have the flexibility to work on a drop in/out basis as required during the analysis & implementation stages.
