Description
Oracle Developer wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Several years of design and development experience in Oracle based DWH/Datamarts
- Exceptional development skills in Oracle 11g, SQL and PL/SQL as well as excellent knowledge of Datawarehousing concepts
- Solid Knowledge of ETL processes, DWH job controls and workflow optimization (Informatica Power Center 8.6)
- Ability to understand business requirements and to transform them into State-of-the-Art Data Mart solutions
- Familiarity with quality management tools, change management tools and versioning
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Taking responsibility for the GLASS tool (General Ledger Account Sign-off System) which includes top quality 3rd level support of this application as well as the overall maintenance and implementation of changes
- Designing new processes including interfaces and modeling of data according to the business processes defined for DWH standard platform
- Analysing, developing, documenting and supporting IT solution applications in the area of Basel III compliance
- Conducting and solving queries on potential data quality issues and analyzing the detailed flow of data through the systems
- Collaborating with business counterparties, business analysts, requirement engineers, project managers and other project stakeholders
