Senior Java Developer - English speaking
My client who is based in Brussels are looking for a freelance Senior Java Developer to come on board to assist them with a range of exciting, cutting edge projects.
Technologies: Java, JavaScript, Api's
Telco knowledge a preference but not essential.
Required technical skills:
- Used to work with/having contributed to OpenSource projects (Git Hub profile)
- Knowledge of Network Protocols
- Knowledge of support/tracing/... tools
- Some (advanced) Javascript development for client part/SDK
- Good knowledge of Java development (wrapping up API's and integration within billing/other tools)
- Unix/Linux knowledge
Required soft-skills:
- Eager and quick to learn
- Hands-on attitude
- Good communicator
- Proven experience in Lean/Agile SW development (Scrum)
- Ability to quickly grasp existing solutions (delve into code)
Desired but not essential:
- SIP knowledge
- Kamaillo, freeswitch/LUA knowledge
- Basics of IVR knowledge
- Knowledge on mobile app development
- Performance/scalability testing
Other:
- English is mandatory
