Description

We are looking for a Security Solution Architects/Engineers to work in a pharmaceutical organisation in Holzkirchen, Germany.

The opening is for 3 people to join a strong project team, where the project is expected to extend well into 2018.

Start date: March 2018
Location: Holzkirchen, Germany
Rate: open 700+ pd
Duration: Contract - 6month's +, contract expected to extend well into 2018

- Role focus (in order of importance Implementation of solution design in new and existing environments related to Operational Technology/OT security and the connection of manufacturing machinery to secure networks.
- Structured problem resolution based on architectural design principles
- Team guidance during definition of solutions (OT security remediation actions)
- Design of local technical mitigation based on given security architecture
- Understanding and consideration of solutions to the operational impact
- Discuss findings and remediation plan with site head and responsible persons

Profile

- Comprehensive knowledge of operational technology (Industrial Control Systems) and related information systems
- Good knowledge of Cyber Security standards, security systems and related protocols in OT/Industrial Control Systems
- Able to design and implement security architectures in Business and - - Manufacturing technology environments
- Good knowledge of GxP and computer system validation approaches
- Able to perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments
- Develop requirements for local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), virtual private networks (VPNs), Routers, Firewalls, and related network devices
- Review and approve installation of Firewall, VPN, Routers technologies and Servers
- Test final security solutions to ensure they fulfil the requirements
- Provide technical supervision for (and guidance to) a security enablement team
- Define, implement and maintain corporate security policies and procedures
- Respond to security-related incidents and provide a thorough post-event analysis, support problem resolution activities
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Derive solutions from GRA/Solution Tree and develop remediation plan in line with standards, governance and requirements
- Develop solutions for unknown environments and systems as they occur
- Create and align remediation plan incl. time line and cost calculation
- Coordinate GRA activities, finalize remediation plan for candidate's sites
- Conduct remediation plan meeting with sites and align local TOPAZ remediation plan with site responsible heads
- Support global remediation plan for all sites in scope (excl. Alcon)
- Schedule site individual remediation plan and project plan
