Senior 5G RF Antenna Researcher - R&D
Lead complex RF and microwave engineering research assignments. Lead RF and microwave engineering team to a bright and smart direction as a technical strategy expert. Familiar within a research environment and know how to carry out and demonstrate new ideas when resource is limited in research phase. Deliver technical reports.
TECHNICAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Strong knowledge in Basestation and/or Radar systems and practices of RF/microwave engineering that enables to serve as a technical leader on projects relating to 5G technology and/or massive MIMO Basestation research projects.
- Knowledge and skill sufficient to apply the latest developments in engineering with successful record from research projects in commercial companies/research institues.
- Good experience with EM simulation tools and have delivered prototypes of Basestations Antennas or Radar Antennas or Phased Array Antennas.
- Must have knowledge in understanding the design challenges for 5G and know-how of solutions.
- Must have hands-on design experience and be able to deliver state-of-the-art technology regarding antenna, filter and calibration and RF architecture in Basestation for 5G by leading a group of experienced researchers.
