Description
My client is looking for API Developer to join a dynamic programme with the aim to enhance information sharing within the financial services industry, to improve the consumer experience by utilising the latest API technology.
Based in central London, the ideal candidate will be an integral part of a multi-disciplined agile project team, contributing to the design and implementation of structural components of my client's eco system.
Required skills include:
- Experienced full-stack developer, with excellent working knowledge of modern development platforms and methodologies, in particular API gateways, cloud and serverless infrastructure.
- Experience designing & developing APIs in Ruby, Node.JS or Java
- Proficiency with Swagger, RAML, JSON.
- Some experience in the area of PKI integration would be desirable.
- A good working knowledge of the JVM ecosystem is desirable.
- A good working knowledge of relevant security protocols, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID, TLS 1.2, mutual authentication and digital certificates.
- Significant experience consuming and interacting with APIs secured by OAuth2 and OpenID.
- Some experience with infrastructure as code.
