Description
We are looking for our client, a financial institution located in Luxembourg, for external support with skills and abilities as stated below:
Experienced/Senior Software Engineer C++ (f/m) financial area Luxembourg P205
Tasks/Responsibilities Area:
- produce Functional Specifications
- produce Technical Specifications
- participate and support the application development activities (coding, Unit Testing, development support during Test phases)
- ensure daily progress reporting
- interact with the functional, development and testing teams in Prague and Luxembourg
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- strong technical expertise in Object Oriented Design (OOD), C++, SQL and Linux
- University degree or equivalent
- fast learner, solution orientated
- capacity to quickly understand and enhance existing applications
- Hands on experience in OOD (preferably UML) and C++ developments
- ability to work in a team distributed across multiple locations
- around 5 years of experience/around 10 years of experience for the Senior role
- Good command of English is expected
Additional Domain & Business Skills (but not mandatory):
- Knowledge of GIT versioning tool
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Functional knowledge in Financial Industry.
Additional Information:
- Location: Luxemburg
- Assignment: full-time
- Starting date: Beginning of June 2017
- Duration: 7 months (renewable)
