Quality Analyst - Online Shopping and E-Commerce with Chinese wanted for our Zurich based client in the IT service sector.Your experience / skills:
- University degree or being currently enrolled in university besides expertise in Online Shopping and E-Commerce would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge in SQL and HTML
- Solid working experience as a Quality Operations Analyst
- Strong web research and analytical skills
- Languages: fluent Chinese and English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Researching and monitoring the pharmaceutical regulatory environment
- Identifying areas of concern and interest to improve the quality of the E-Commerce service by evaluating shopping search results
- Collaborating with engineering teams to enhance the data quality
- Developing and sharing practices for data quality investigation and analysis
