QA Engineer - Paying up to £550pd - Central London

My client (based in Central London), a leading eCommerce company that is revolutionising the sector with their forward thinking, use of DevOps tools and AI/Machine learning, is currently looking for QA Engineer (C#, Specflow, Gherkin, Jenkins, Unit Testing, Automation, Manual, AWS, Agile - BDD/TDD) who has a passion working with a young and hungry testing team and push forward clean code principles throughout the development team.

An organisation, based in Central London, looking for a QA Engineer with excellent experience in OOP and enthusiasm in strong code and proper principles with hands-on experience in coding in C# ideally. Looking for someone who prefer to work with a team to 'build quality in' and prevent defects, rather than finding them, in addition enjoy driving process improvement and influencing developers and Product Managers.

Looking for a QA Engineer that will thrive in dealing with large data processing and distributed systems architectures. The ideal candidate is exploratory in nature and not fixed, someone who can respond to customer feedback and work in a fast paced environment and an expert in Agile Testing. If you are passionate about using the latest technologies available and happy to introduce them to the team then you will only excel within this role.

You will be working alongside a variety of product teams and they are looking for someone who can think on their feet and is able to come up with simple solutions to complex problems. If you thrive in an environment where you will have the autonomy to bring your own ideas to the table then you will excel in this role.

  • Experienced in working on business systems (CRM/ERP)
  • Experience writing and maintaining automated test scripts
  • Commercial experience with testing complex distributed web/mobile applications
  • Can read and write unit tests, and you understand their importance when it comes to validate behaviour.
  • Object-Oriented programming.
  • Agile - TDD, BDD, Pair programming, CI, CD
