We are looking for a DevOps Engineer for Zurich.Start date - asap

Work as part of a growing FinTech startup, with offices in several global regions, to deliver a high quality continuous integration / deployment pipeline to the global organization, utilizing cloud hosting providers (Google, Amazon) as well as in-house delivered solutions.
Opportunity to learn new technologies, including cloud hosted services, development and security best practices. Reporting to Chief Security Officer.
Success in this Role
Engineering teams have clear metrics and situational awareness at all times of bottlenecks in the SDLC pipeline.
All development and release processes are automated, documented, and version controlled.
DevOps is a process, not a person or role. Best practices distributed from DevOps to Engineering teams.
All used libraries and non-DA code are continually reviewed for security and license compliance.
Digital Asset developers are empowered to develop at high velocity within our operational processes.
Build process from commit to completion of build cycle takes 5-10 minutes.
Operational issues are tracked, investigated and escalated within the defined SLA, for both external and internal clients, with post mortem analysis as in input for improving our platform.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Software Deployment within a DevOps framework.
Experience with SDLC tools (version control(Git), Issue Tracker (Jira) etc)
Experience with performance testing, Secure Coding.
Experience in development / scripting of configuration and management (Python or Java preferred)
Experience with Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu), OSX configuration and management
Java tooling experience
Ability to develop metrics to highlight inefficiencies and improve developer productivity
Attention to detail and ability to document setup and configuration
Grounds opinions with conviction and on basis of logical arguments
Past experience that shows commitment to role (“all-in”)
Preferred Experience with:
Jenkins, SonarQube, Amazon AWS, Ansible, Docker, Maven
Amazon AWS Web hosting services (EC2, S3, Route53/DNS, IAM Policy, etc.)
