Required:
- Minimum 5 years BSA experience
- Proficient at Requirements Elicitation, Requirement Management, and Use Case Modeling.
- Experience with the Agile System Development Methodology is preferable
- Experience with both infrastructure projects and application development projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with peers, business partners, customers, project managers, testing team, and management.
Plusses:
- Knowledgeable/experienced in Quality Center, ALM, or other requirements management tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with IIBA/BABOK is preferred.
