Description
T4S are currently seeking a Genesys expert for a role based in Scandinavia for a 6 month contract to Perm opportunity with one of the largest Telecommunications operators and independent service providers within the region. You will need strong experience within the contact centre environment as well as a development background.
You will need the following:
- At least 3 years experience in Genesys
- Genesys framework
- Knowledge of TCP/IP/VOIP AND SIP
- Strong understanding of C# or JAVA/SQL
- Speak fluent English and or Swedish/Norwegian/Danish
- Strong customer facing skills
- Driving license
- YOU MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK WITHIN THE EU
