Für unseren Kunden sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem KIS - Telecommunication Service Experte (m/w).
KIS functionalities:
• Voice specific / site specific Voice documentation
• Order-Management Integration - Interfaces to Order- and Ticketsystem
• Work orders
• PDC (Billing) integration
• Cabling path finder and documentation
• Customer specific processes embedded including Initial Provisioning and Rollout prozesses
• Interfacing with Nortel-PBXes and Cisco IP-Telephony (XXL-Sites, CSF backend via File Interface / AXL
• AXL-Interface für Provisioning
• Creation of Bulk-Import-Files
• Asset billing
• Interfaces to different databases and directories already in place
• Flexible quick developments for specific needs
• Vendor independent and Provider independent platform, but customer specific kernel (prepared if customer changes underlying Technology, like currently from Nortel to Cisco)
• Integration of Webex and Intercall - Usermanagment
Anforderungen:
• Experience in Oracle PL/SQL programming and understanding
• Experience in Telecommunitation environment (cisco)
• Very good technical background knowledge
• Very good communication in german and english
• Deputy of Service Module Owner
• Excellent work independently - self-reliant
• Excellent writing of technical documentation
• Excellent colloboration with external programmer
• German/English
