Who you'll be working with
Based in Leeds, our Technology team is one of the largest technical hubs in the UK, it's a strategic location for our business and offers a vibrant place to live and work.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Working as part of the development team, collaborating with them to build the very best solution, and designing the processes to ensure we can deliver new services and features rapidly and reliably
Your Skills:
* You have a deep knowledge of, and passion for, building performant, scalable, reliable services, underpinned by the right database solution.
* You'll have a deep understanding of database technologies, able to advise the development team as to the most appropriate solution to meet their needs.
* You'll have real experience of designing and implementing Couchbase, noSQL database solutions, as well as a knowledge of the architecture of SQL databases.
* You'll have worked on high-availability, reliable, scalable, solutions, and worked with the development team to test and optimise database (and overall solution) performance.
* You'll be adept at troubleshooting and resolving database related problems.
* You'll have a working knowledge of VMWare.
