About 2 years ago, a friend and myself set a social enterprise that offers affordable personal development programmes for 18 to 30-year-olds. Our vision was to make executive coaching available to the younger generations who either do not have access to it or do not know what it is. We have grown and are now supporting charities, universities and other social enterprises in helping young people shape a future that is exciting and right for them, away from the world of "you should do this" and into a space that is driven by their values and purpose.The experience for the young people is delivered online and is supported by professionally qualified coaches. As such we have morphed into a company that would be categorised as a "tech for good" organisation.
The future is exciting. We received a small level of funding recently to help us deliver and have a couple of BIG projects on the horizon, which could see our platform being used to improve the lives of 1 Million people.
But we have a problem which I would love to have someone from here help me solve. The 3 founders, including myself, have worked tirelessly on getting this project to where it is. In turn, I am the only person who knows how our tech stack works, how to fix bugs and how develop our platform to evolve it to add the capabilities we need it to.
I am looking for a developer to work with me to further develop our product. You’ll be working across our entire platform, from our web app which manages our community to our website. We are a 100% remote company so you can work from home all the time.
We are strongly driven by values and our impact on the young people we serve.
Our day-to-day languages are C#, ASP.NET Core and AngularJS all hosted on Azure – it’s handy if you’ve experience with at least one of these, but not essential if you’re a fast learner and can pick them up quickly. Our website is powered by wordpress.
