Senior Java Developer
Title: Senior Java Developer
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Length: 6 months + extension
Daily: DOE
Start date: Within 4 weeks
Next Ventures are urgently looking for a senior Java developer for a large project based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The ideal individual will have the following experience:
5 years' experience in Java
Excellent experience in Spring
Great experience in Hibernate
Knowledge of Java 8
Development skills in Frontend Development (HTML, Javascript, CSS) would be an asset
Practical experiences in working in agile teams
Experiences in automated tests and test driven development
Experiences in Domain Driven Design would be an asset
Familiarity with continuous integration solutions (eg Bamboo, Jenkins)
Knowledge of version control systems eg SVN or GIT
Familiarity with development tools like Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA, Jira, Bamboo, Fisheye, Confluence, Stash
