Role: SAP Roles and Authorization Team Lead
Location: Stockholm, Sweden (5 days on-site - not negotiable)*
*Since the assignment is long term, ideally you would be able to relocate to Stockholm for the project duration or you need to have very good flight connections

Rate: Hourly rate in SEK
Our client is looking for an SAP Roles and Authorization Team Lead to manage SAP R&A team as a stand in for a longer period (possible until ).
The R&A team lead will have extensive knowledge of SAP authorization area and have experience in leading teams and projects in this area. This person has the understanding of what is needed to have a complete authorization solution in place in a comprehensive SAP landscape (processes, owners, stakeholders etc.). This person also understands SOD, SOX, risk management, mitigating controls and also has technical knowledge in the roles and authorization area.
The R&A team lead will lead the authorizations team and work closely with the rest of SAP program Flow. The person will be overall responsible for the team's delivery according to authorization concept and security guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage distributed (India/Stockholm) SAP R&A team with 15 resources and services
- Lead by example in an inspiring way, drive goals forward and developing team members according to client values
- Leading R&A improvement activities, initiatives and projects
- Process owner for user admin and role admin processes
- Report status and progress on activities within SAP R&A area
- Utilize own R&A experience/skills in best way to make improvements in SAP R&A area.
Competences
- Managing people and projects experience
- Years of experience in designing and configuring roles within the SAP system landscape
- Good understanding of designing concepts, principles and guidelines for sap environments
- Good understanding of UME roles and SAP JAVA authorization concept
- Good understanding of authorization risks (segregation of duties, sensitive access etc.)
- Experience from large, global organizations
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
- Business process experience
- Adoptable to clients methods, tools and working environment
- Excellent managing of deliverables ( to-do lists ), time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills
