Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant
Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant required by Whitehall Resources for a 6 month project assignment on site with our client in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
*PLEASE NOTE: We are specifically looking for Consultants already located/resident in KSA with valid KSA VISA/Valid ID for at least for the next 6-9 months
Skills/Experience Required:
* Manage all issues related to Oracle Human Resource Applications (HRMS, Payroll, Self Service, i-Recruitment, Time & Labor, and Learning Management).
* Applications Setup and Configuration.
* Implementation of additional Functionalities.
* Forms Development, Customisation and Personalising.
* Reports Development and Registration (RDF and XML).
* Design, Development and Implementation of Application Extensions.
* HR Self-Service Development and Customisation.
* Workflow Development and Customisation.
* Design, Development and Implementation of PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers and other Database Objects.
* Business Process understanding, Analysis, Design and Mapping.
* Preparation of Oracle Standard Documentation.
* Perform user support and training as needed.
