Description
We have an urgent requirement for a Developer to build the Front End of a revision control system - this will be a web Front End like github but will also include the possibility of mailing lists
You will be required to build the Front End platform for a repository to hold a number of software projects (git, svn, etc). The software for the Front End will be Phabricator or GitLab and will be fully configured to support existing and future projects.
The existing platform is a mix of standard git,svn,hg repositories with the trac software and standard basic HTML pages that will all need to be converted over to the new platform. There is less web development, more software configuration and migration.
Essential Experience includes:
* Experience of setting up a service with a web Front End
* Migrating databases - migrate user/project web spaces to newer Apache version
* Phabricator or GitLab
* svn, git and mercurial version control
* Set up the continuous integration services of phabricator
* Software Configuration
